Ansible Slow Performance in SLES 11 SP3 Remote VMs

I have installed (ansible-2.1.1.0-1.el7.noarch) in Centos 7 minimal installation OS in VMware ESXi 5.5.0 environment. I have a problem with the setup of ansible remote hosts only for the ones running SLES 11 SP3 OS. For some reason, these nodes are slow to respond in negotiation between Ansible and SLES 11 VMs. I can observe that always the waiting time is equal to 100sec. I'm using python version of (Python 2.7.5) in Centos environment. Is there any idea?
