cannot find ansible.cfg and /etc/ansible on Mac Mojave

Hi there,

I installed ansible 2.6.5 using pip, however I could find ansible.cfg and /etc/ansible folder in my macbook, I tried to create my own /etc/ansible but it doesn't work. Any other way to get that fixed?

pip doesn't create /etc/ansible or the file /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg so
you need to create them both manually.
