I had some slides from when I first looked at Ansible and was explaining it to some friends.

I put a soundtrack to them in case they're useful for anybody else.

It's intended to be not so much a tutorial as a way of explaining some of the key ideas and the directory structure to someone who's never seen a playbook before.  

There are some places where I deliberately gloss over or simplify things, but I hope it might be helpful to someone.  20 mins.
