Which Cisco module to configure interfaces?

Hello all!

I have been trying to modify my VTY interfaces on all the devices in my district, but do not know which module will be the best for this? I tried the ios_command and ios_config modules with no success (I think they can only modify win global config).

Could anybody please point me in the right direction?
