Galaxy 3.1 releasing on 16 Nov 2018

The Galaxy team will be deploying version 3.1 this Friday, 16 Nov 2018. The release will happen around 3 AM Eastern on Friday. We don't anticipate any downtime, but should problems arise, watch for updates on the Ansible mailing lists.
