Google Cloud: Target proxies and SSL certificate resources

Hi,

I am setting up GCE infrastructure and I need to be able to configure target proxies for LB and ssl certificates(resources) for them as well but I haven't found anything in documentation.

Is there some documentation that I have missed or is this currently unsupported by Ansible?
