Appreciate if you follow up on the response you did get. By copy/pasting the actual outputs as text, in case it wasn't clear.
Remember this list is run by volunteers. So when asking for help you should try to make it easy for people to help you.
Posting huge screenshots that are hard to read is an example of making it difficult.
Posting plain text makes it easier.
