Failed to install ansible on Ubuntu 14

I am getting an error while installing ansible on Ubuntu 14:

c/_cffi_backend.c:2:20: fatal error: Python.h: No such file or directory

this is how I install Ansible, worked on ubuntu 14.04 last time I checked. See if you're missing a package?
