Jobs hanging in tower

Hello,

I’m looking for some suggestions or guidance.

We are running on ansible tower version 3.3.3 and core 2.7.0 and all of the sudden have observed that jobs are hanging without any stdout or anything. Tried to lookup to logs but don’t see any errors.

Have anybody faced similar issue, can somebody help on what logs we need to look at to find what the issue could be.?

There’s another env where we have tower 3.2.5 and core 2.5.10, same issue observed there too.

This is the list for Ansible and not Tower.
