Can a password variable be set to address synchronize password request

Env: Linux 14.04 VMs in VmWare

I have successfully managed to enable synchronize with  < sudo: no > in the task right before synchronize.

I can enter passwords and successfully execute all module.yml files ( that incorporate synchronize )

But, I would rather supply a variable with the password in my main playbook, ansible.cfg or where ever it belongs.

Can you provide a brief example of location and code?  Thank you.

If an actual explanation ( config details, task layout is necessary, I can provide. )

Curiously when the entire process is run from Vagrant on my mac spinning up multiple VMs Vbox on Mac no passwords necessary !
