Please find the attached files for vital sign source side. Let do quick proc compare to see what we get. If you find any differences, please let me know.

Paramjit ,

1.can you please upcase all the VSTESTCD name.

2.Please correct me if I am wrong in VSTEST there is vstest name not only VSTESTCD e.g

VSTEST = systolic blood pressure

VSTEST=sysbp(In your vital sign data set).

3.can you please tell me what are your by variables in vssortstring?

Prachi,

VSTESTCD is upcase and VSTEST has been fixed. My VS sort order is STUDYID USUBJID VSTESTCD VISITNUM. Please download the attached file.

Hi Paramjit,

Can you please cross checked the values of VSTESTCD and VSTEST , because in obs no 34 ,52 ,53 and so on there are mismatch values in your dataset.

There was typo on my metadata sheet. Macro was getting wrong value for weight when it was creating formats. Thanks

Ok .. that is the only difference between our two vital data sets . Rest all looks fine.
