That is unless not charging a person means the crime never occurred.? ?

The Judge threw out the “minor in possession” because there would be NO Way that the jury could find him innocent of that. His date of birth made him guilty of that no matter how many times they measured the barrel. 

Many people were arrested that evening because there was a curfew in place. Now we learn that it evidently didn’t  apply to the “minor in possession”  as he strolled right passed the police carrying his weapon. 

Now the GOP wants to hire him. I guess they have no education requirements for employment?

His defense attorney said they were followed around by a crew filming a documentary the whole time which made his job much harder.  FOX denied that it was them and they were correct. It wasn’t them. It was Sean Hannity and co-horts who are making the documentary.

This young man may have been able to be rehabilitated. Instead he’s become their gold mine as long as they can milk him. IMHO.

The judge threw out minor in possession because he can legally have that gun in Wisconsin if he's over the age of 16. 

Rehabilitated for what? Defending himself? Good job Kyle.

Geeeezzzzeeeee Bobby, There is NO such law that says a minor can break curfew laws, carry a loaded firearm while so doing, and shoot and kill people while crying self defense.  But, hey, he can carry one while hunting but the “prey” can’t be humans. And the guy who purchased the weapon for the minor child is being prosecuted for the “straw purchase”. See, that’s illegal also. 

Do you know if the FOXES   are helping him out also? I haven’t been keeping up with Hannity’s latest shenanigans.

I see both the parents of the Mich. school shooter are  being charged manslaughter  for allowing their son having access to the gun he used, so why shouldn't Kyle Rittenhouse's mom be charged the same.

Apparently Rittenhouse’s mom wasn’t involved in purchasing the gun and the press probably thought it best to make her seem like  “Mother of the Year”.

Then get him for a curfew violation. He had a legal right to carry his firearm. He also had a legal right to defend himself against those who tried to kill him. The "Foxes" can't do anything but talk and give opinions like everyone else.
