2.14.5 does not display cards

I have just "upgraded" to AnkiDroid 2.14.5 on my Samsung tablet running
Android 10.

Now it will not display any of my cards, from any deck. I just get a
blank screen.

If I click "show answer" I get the usual buttons (Again, Good, Easy),
but I have no idea what the question was!

I can edit the card and perform other such options, but the main card
display is just a white blank.

Fortunately I have Anki on my computer, so I can use that for the time
being. But I hope somebody can quickly solve this fundamental error!

Sorry the "upgrade" did not go well for you - note that as an open source project you can always use old versions, we are obviously trying to make improvements but all the builds are out there:

You don't specify what version you "upgraded" from, so I'm not sure what sort of changes you should be experiencing. It sounds like your front card template has an error though, and for some reason the "upgraded" version is not parsing it correctly? https://docs.ankiweb.net/#/templates/intro?id=card-templates

David you are not alone. I have the same problem after upgrade to 2.14.5. Running on a Samsung Chromebook 3. Is this a Samsumg thing? Don't know how to check what previous version of AnkiDroid I was using. But I want it back!

2.14.6 is rolling out live right this moment with what should be a fix for this

Give it a try and report if it worked? Hopefully it works!

The upgrade to 2.14.6 works fine. What a relief! I was NOT looking forward to learning how to downgrade an app. Thanks for the quick response.

Yes, 2.14.6 is fine. To answer Mike's question, my previous version (before the flawed 2.14.5) was 2.14.3.

Thanks to all the developers for a fantastic app, and for the very fast response to the 2.14.5 bug.
