Inaccurate timer in Anki

I usually use Anki around 1 hour a day. I found that timer in Anki usually 10-20 minutes behind by timer in my smartphone. I think timer in Anki is wrong because it is not consisted with clock in computer. During I use Anki, I also open other files or web browser as well, and minimized Anki time to time. The problem may occur in app version as well. Please investigate and fix it.
