problemas no AnkiDroid

​olá, bom dia,

comecei a enfrentar alguns problemas com meus decks no AnkiDroid no último final de semana,

troquei de aparelho, e até pensei que esse fosse problema, mas voltei a usar o aparelho antigo e o problema foi o mesmo,

em primeiro lugar, toda vez que eu peço a sincronização, ele acaba baixando todos os meus decks novamente, hoje tenho pouco mais de 3.000 cards, isso aconteceu nos 2 aparelhos, no novo e no antigo,

outro problema que tenho enfrentado é que quando estudo alguns cards no meu celular, quando peço a sincronização, ele me diz que é impossível fazer o merge, e que precisa ser tudo baixado novamente, ou também que eu faça o upload dos dados do celular, isso também está acontecendo nos 2 celulares,

e por último, em pelo menos 2 situações, ele ficou baixando cards e não acabava nunca, em uma das situações ele baixou quase 8.000 cards, só parou porque eu fechei o app,

The collections on your 2 devices and on AnkiWeb are in an inconsistent state. Choose the device whose collection you want to keep and select "Upload" there at the next synchronization, then select "Download" on the other device (or select "Download" on both devices if you want to keep the collection on the server). After that everything will be fine.

AnkiDroid always warns you when you perform operations that lead to such behaviour, so that you can ensure to have everything synchronized beforehand and then select "Upload" the next time on that device.
