Hi AnkiDroid Flashcards Support,
Hello. my name is Marian Drake. I have a complaint about a problem I encountered with your app AnkiDroid Flashcards.
The changes I made to ankiweb are not syncing to ankidroid flashcards. They used to, but now they don't. Can you help me with this please?.

My guess is that it's daylight savings time again, and there will be a few people with problems like this, and my guess is that it is related to the daylight savings time switch that just happened.


If you use AnkiDesktop, please make sure you are using the v2 scheduler and you disable "legacy timezone support"

On AnkiDroid, in settings --> advanced, turn on v2 scheduler, and in settings --> reviewer turn on "new timezone support".


That should clear things up after sync so that your new cards / review cards counts etc are in sync
