Never mind, sorry. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it.

The problem is likely to re-occur, Google's pushed out a broken update for "Android System WebView". Please uninstall it until they fix it. More info: https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/issues/8319
