user made change vs programmatically made change

How is the best way to manage the user chages against the programmatically made changes, in order to decopulate business logic from user interaction ?

Can someone provide an example in AngularJS, with MVC pattern Or Angular with Components pattern ?

In my Idea the view should updated in a declarative way and shouldn't be any logic about the chain of events fired by an user changed, rather than every user components should update automatically based on the backgroud model. Is It possible in big projects ?
