In my first Angular app, if I try to make any change to any file, Sudo is required. This doesn't seem right. Is there a way to fix this, by changing some environment variable? And if so, how do I do this? Thank you.

So, I've created a .bash_profile. I just don't know what to put in it!

Hi Dale,
I'm working on Linux, and I never have to run anything as root. Are you sure the permissions on your home folder are correct? If not, try resetting those.
