What is the best way/command to create a native script+angular project using templates

The template family is below screenshot , with Index.html being the starting page

If I do:

PS C:\study\LendingApp> tns create myLendingApp --template index.html

I get error(as underlined) :

ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\study\LendingApp\index.html\package.json'
