Which language is best for creating mobile app

Swift and android ( I don’t know which language for android)

My need is pwa, all hardware compatible mobile app, maybe on desktop available too

You can use Kotlin for Android and also used java to developed android apps but few months ago google declared kotlin is official language for android platform.

you can develop a good hybrid apps using flutter, iconic technologies, with the help of these technologies you can developed lite weighted apps for android and also IOS.
