Newbie tutorial

Any good tutorial that you have? I'm a newbie and I would like to try this framework. I'm having difficulty learning this but I'm eager. 
Can you suggest good tutorials out there? Videos and websites?

Sometimes its hard when the tutorial considers mid to advance audience.
