npm build angular project in a sub directory

I have an angular project. The angular project is a subdirectory of an overall package.

The angular project directory includes angular.json, scr folder etc...

I have to build the project using npm build running from the package root directory (outside of the project directory).

Can someone tell me if it is possible please

In package.json you can configure the build command
