Multi- page application using angular 8

Is it possible to create a multi page application using angular? Following are the features of the application

1) both the pages share the same data but UI is different

2) I want two pages to be consistent. i.e if someone does some action on from page from one place the other page must recognize this change and update it. 

3) is using ngrx pubsub model with channels is the way to go?

Please help me. its very important.
