Angular app is not loading after successful compilation

I have successfully compiled the code and there is no error detected. But still the app page is not getting loaded. I have tried with basic angular application but still the same result. I have upgraded the browser version for compatibility but no result. Please help me with this.

Looks like a working app to me ;) 
I don't see error's, or any other pointers it's not working.

What is in the console? Do you have the router in use? Did you put in a fall-back route, so there is something to diplay?
