[Android Study Jams] Why only get Tier 1 sticker (finished 11 badges)

麻煩 check 一下, 己完成11 個  badges, 為何只拿到 Tier 1 的 貼紙呢?

Hi,

According to the screenshot you provided, there are only 10 badges you earned for the Android Study Jam.

("First Codelab Completed" badge is not the badge for eligibility to tier 2)
