Query regarding Android Bluetooth HAL code

Hello,

As per my understanding ,with the Treble support, we are not allowed to change bluetooth stack code(system/bt).

Is there any way to do PCM configuration using Vendor Specific commands from stack or Using bluetooth HAL code?
