Fetching vendor blobs and proprietary device drivers

Hi Team,

I'd like to port the android to motorola devices. Does the ASOP code automaticlaly fetch the device drivers and vendor blobs? If not please guide me on how to fetch the drivers,  blobs and to construct a device tree
