Hardware composer and Surfaceflinger

I wanted execute all the applications through OpenGL. 

1) Is there a way to configure Surfaceflinger so that every graphic interface will processed in OGL instead of passing to HWC?
2) If not possible ....is there a way I can manipulate HWC final color output (shader like) and by tweaking the frame buffer?
