Upcoming Android LLVM toolchain update

We're preparing the next LLVM update for Android. This update candidate is based on upstream https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/6d4a0935c8.

revision r584948 (from Aug 1, 2025).

The release has landed, with cherry-picked patches listed in

Dear Yabin,

From my side, r584948 can not be downloaded:

$ repo init -u https://android.googlesource.com/platform/manifest -b llvm-r584948
