id error

I create a gcm project that allows a user to generate its id,

they operate normally but after some day when I test, the id generated replicate in the database and in the logcat:

04-11 15:14:58.853: E/URL(1884): > http://192.168.1.2/gcm_server_php/register.php

04-11 15:14:58.921: E/AndroidHive GCM(1884): Failed to register on attempt 1:java.io.IOException: Post failed with error code 500

please help me

500 suggest possible server error. Check your php script.
