Is this build really different than the plain android build for arm64? I'm trying to learn the differences between plain android and Android TV and stumbled here while searching. Happy to be pointed in the right direction on this.

Where does one download this from? is this build enough for installing Android TV? or are specific additional packages necessary on top the kernel package?
