Building System Service( AIDL) over AOSP

Hello Team,

I am trying to develop a system service to support crucial features of our app on partner vendors over which I need help on the following points

1. Building and resolving service for OS >=11
2. Building JAR of extra service for vendors and for the app to communicate

I have tried following approaches already

3. Duplicating AudioManager with a different name but not able to add a public method to the same.
