Kernel manifests for AOSP 10.0

For 9.0, there were pie branches for the kernel manifests (e.g. https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/manifest/+/refs/heads/android-msm-bluecross-4.9-pie-qpr1). I see there are kernel branches specific to 10.0 releases (e.g. android-msm-crosshatch-4.9-android10), but are there plans to provide manifests for 10.0 as well?
