Replacing acloud prebuilt binary

Hello,

Is it possible to replace the prebuilt acloud binary (prebuilts/asuite/acloud)? When I run "python setup.py bdist_wheel" within the tools/acloud directory I don't find any binary in the output. I'm new to Python, so perhaps I'm missing something.

I believe the prebuilt comes from the python support in the platform build system, not setup.py:

  source build/envsetup.sh
  m acloud
  cp out/host/linux-x86/bin/acloud-dev .../acloud
