How to create ".odex" files from apk's for arm target

Hello All,

We build and update AOSP and APPS independently, because APPS are build separately there is no odex file getting generated and we are looking for a way to generate odex files and package them with system image. question is how to create odex files from apk's in android build system for arm target.
