Finding corresponding pixel kernel in msm repo for a given released android version

Hi:
    I'm a student trying to compile Android kernel with kcov. How could I find pixel kernel  (in kernel/msm repo) corresponding to a specific Android version? 
    For example, how could I find a kernel snapshot in the kernel/msm repository that corresponds to QQ2A.200405.005? It seems that tag in Android(android-10.0.0_r33) is different from the tag in MSM repository (android-10.0.0_r0.33, for example). Could you give me any suggestions?
