Building Android.

Hi

I am getting the following message while building Android image 23.

rebuilts/gcc/linux-x86/host/x86_64-linux-glibc2.15-4.8//x86_64-linux/bin/ld: error: out/host/linux-x86/obj/SHARED_LIBRARIES/libart_intermediates/arch/x86_64/quick_entrypoints_x86_64.o: unsupported reloc 42 against global symbol art::Runtime::instance_

I have tried applying the patch

But that did not help.

I would appreciate any help or references very much!

Thanks a lot!

I will try this out. That error went away when I replaced 'ld' in the subfolder with my root version.
