Dear AN4AA Community,
Hope this finds everyone well and enjoying the Easter break.
I write to invite expressions of interest in reviewing two current exhibitions of Asian art for the September 2026 issue of TAASA Review, the peer-reviewed journal of the Asian Art Society of Australia. The exhibitions are Touching the Divine: Love and Devotion in Asian Art at the Art Gallery of South Australia and at The God of Small Things: Faith and Popular Culture at the Queensland Art Gallery.
The reviews would be 1400 words in length (two pages with three-four images), with a deadline in a month’s time (early May) to allow for peer-review, editing, and design processes. Shorter or longer contributions may be possible depending on the reviewer’s approach. TAASA editorial guidelines are attached.
Please email chaitanya...@anu.edu.au if this is of interest.
Kind regards,Chaitanya
