Hello Amrapali La Residentia Buyers,
Amprapali La Residentia (ALR) was launched in 2010. It has 39 towers.
In the last 10 years, only 12 towers (with all clearance) have been delivered. Another 6 towers have been built but registry and government clearance are pending for many-many years as the builder has expressed inability to pay remaining dues and getting clearance from government authorities.
The result is - pending registry of flats and frequent power cuts. Even after paying Maintenance charges, the builder is unable to provide basic amenities. It has become a regular scenario and hardship for buyers.
Worst is - rest all towers are either partially built or not built at all. Amenities promised as part of sell documents are nowhere to be seen, and truth is, there is no hope to see it in the present situation. The builder has clearly informed buyers that he will not be putting fresh funds into the project.
Thousands of buyers are suffering from many-many years. Few of them took some legal action in an individual capacity, but all is in vain as the fight is with the rich-mighty-corrupt.
If you are one of the *suffering buyers* - who did not get what was promised even after paying hard-earned money and waiting for multiple years - you may *join hands* with others like-minded who are willing to do *something* collectively.
With combined strength, we can fight for justice. This is the only way out to fight against the builder and ensure justice is served on us.
