UNILATERAL DECISION BY AMRAPALI MANAGEMENT

Dear Sh Mohit Gupta Ji,  

 

Kindly refer teletalk I had with you yesterday at around 2200 Hrs regarding  unilateral decision of  your local representative to prohibit  the entry of personal services providers and deprive  the personal services to the residents of Amrapali Eden Park.   In spite of your confirmation & assurance that no such instructions have been passed by Amrapali Corporate Office, cars of  the residents have not been cleaned  today and clothes  have not been/will also not be ironed due to  banning of the entry of  personnel  engaged  for  these jobs  purely on individual basis.

 

Please appreciate that residents  are also the owners of this society  and any decision  which directly or indirectly influences their  daily lives  will have to  be mandatorily discussed  and decided involving them. No prior notice or intimation with regard to this  unilateral decision has been communicated  to the residents, which is certainly not called for.

 

Since  this unilateral decision adversely influences the lives of residents  and their family members, it is submitted that this decision  should  immediately be reversed/aborted and in case there are compelling reasons,  unanimously acceptable decision should be  arrived after due involvement of residents before implantation.

Dear Mr. Mohit Gupta 

It's really a very sad situation even after your assurance last night that no such decision has been taken by Amrapali Corporate office, how it could happened that some of your employee at Eden park taking such decision and restricting the entry of service providers such as Dhobi/ car cleaner or presswala, which are hampering daily lives of the residents.     As discussed with Mr. Rajeev Ranjan you want this society safe but I'm sorry to say this is not a proper way or professional approach. 

There are many things which have to be completed but nobody is looking after in that area rather creating problems to residents. 

We met with you so many times on such issue in last one year but things are not either completing or progressing. Some major issue listed below again to remind you. It will be better if you focus on these issues. 

Fire fighting still not functional

Water softening plant not functional

No lift in this society has safety audit or certificate.

Your so called club has nothing it's just a functional hall. 

Gym equipments are lying in dust for more than 6 months. 

Repairing still not started on any floor of any tower. 

Every corner of this society is in shabby condition. 

I'm really very surprised that nobody is looking after all these issue from your side. No time line you people are setting up to complete this society. 

Tower lifts are not working, you people take 20 days to get it repaired. 

What kind of situation you guys have created ? And how this will sort out ?Can anybody answer ??

Nobody will answer as we just remind you and you guys just ignore it as it is going on since last more than a year. 

My request to you please look after this society and make it at lest a better place ( no luxury you are offering as were shown at the time of booking ). 

And please talk to the persons responsible for restricting daily service providers as without them it will be a very difficult situation.

Mr Mohit Gupta and his team should look the issues of Amrapali Eden Park seriously so that the people who have invested in this project stop feeling badly let down by the management. We are not looking for reassurances but we need the problems to be solved and not shelved.

Dear Mr. Mohit,

 

My observation regarding the pending work is as under:

 

1.       No proper supervision of the works which is being carried out. That is why there is lot of wastage of Material and Man days.

2.       We can see lot of manpower in society but idling here and there.

3.       Works are not being taken up in the planned way and that is why even after putting efforts there is no visible progress.

 

In my opinion Supervision and Scheduling of pending work is very important to avoid any wastage and early completion of all pending work.

May I take this opportunity to warn fellow residents that elections in Bihar are coming up. This will create a money vacuum in Amrapali. We may again come under pressure to start paying maintenance. Please be united against it. The money will be spent on elections and not maintenance.

Dear Mohit,

V have met before when I booked my flat at the instance of NOIDA's Mohinder Singh.

I didn't call U personally so far but this decision seems to have crossed all limits. In past AEP residents have tolerated misdeeds, excesses & misbehavior of all sorts from almost everyone from management. I support Jas Narad as above & all those who R struggling hard to find amicable solutions to otherwise simple issues.

I M sure U will please find permanent solution out of standing  grievances of AEP residents; sooner than later.

Dear all the directors of AEP,

We request you all to appreciate that many of us with lot many years of experiences at very high positions in various professions have bought our apartments here to live in peace and harmony. We do not want that we suffer mental torture because of the chaos created by some managers of AEP or because of poor maintenance snags such as one with both lifts of the towers under maintenance. The management must appreciate the difficulty of the senior citizens living in this multi rise. 

The AEP management can take suggestions from some of us who are expert in different fields to run the affairs of community in better way. It will only damage its image and brand with these frequent abrasions. Jas Narad has raised very pertinent questions. No unusual and abrupt fees can be charged to the poor few who are migrants providing some essential services. I do also request that all the promised services such the shopping units, club, and gym must be made operative for the benefits of the residents. Please be positive in your approach. You should also complete all the mandatory requirements of the authority so that the apartments can be registered sooner.

Whatever the reason is but this way is not good for either side. It would be good to finish this project and win hart of Amrapali residents. I don’t think there is anything major left which Amrapali can not fix. Top managements negligence promoting below layer act carelessly and complete chain is paralysed. This is now time to get things done and make Amrapali Eden Park a real Eden Park. Hope there is enough voice to get Amrapali activate.
