Attached is membership form of becoming a member of our BWA (Buyer's Welfare Association) registered by the name of "AEP Maitri Nyas". 

Around 140 owners have become member. Those who haven't, you can fill out this form, take a photo of it and send it here (membership fee can be paid later). We request tenants to forward this form to owners.
