As you are very kindly aware that IGL never wanted to lay PNG pipeline in Eden Park due to the fact that no provision for the same was perceived by the Architect during it design stage . Since PNG is a fuel of modern day living, it is essential that society like Eden Park must have the basic provision to lay PNG Pipeline. Resident are thankful that PNG channel was created party by Amrapali in Eden Park.
I, being associate of Oil Industry, have been trying to get PNG for Eden Park since last more than 2 years and succeeded to bring it too. Vertical lines in Tower A, B & partly in Tower C have been laid. Horizontal line in Tower-A, B & partly in C have also been laid. However, for Tower D & Part of Tower C, IGL is still waiting for your support.
IGL contractors are working in Eden Park since last more than 2 months and in absence of clear site , they have left Eden Park and there is no work going on in the society as of now.
It is difficult to learn reasons for delaying the support by Amrapali to IGL which ultimately delaying completion schedule of IGL contractors. Until and unless, proper coordination is established this job will never be completed. There has to be some time frame for providing support to IGL contractors so that they can also plan accordingly as they have lot may other societies where this facility is to be provided by them.
Resident are expecting that PNG will reach their home shortly but I am afraid that it merely turn out to be a sweet dream only. This dream can only be converted into reality with your active time bound support.
Pending jobs which need to be completed by Amrapali are as under :-
1. Completion of channel upto Tower-D.
2. Provision of Entry of Pipeline in Tower C , Tower D and main entry gate thru service road.
3. Filling of PNG Channel with sand where the laying is complete.
Kindly provide your response on above points based on which matter will be taken up with IGL once again.
