BOTH THE LIFTS OF TOWER-A IN EDEN PARK ARE OUT OF ORDER

Dear Rajiv Ji,

 

External Glass  of residents’ lift of Tower-A was broken in the  night on 06.06.2015 and this lift is out of order from 06.06.2015 till date.  Another lift also went out of order yesterday night.

 

Reaching 18^th Floor thru stair case  is difficult for a normal person what to talk about persons with physical disability /ailment.  Such a situation is really painful.

 

Rectification of defect should not  take more than one day or maximum 2 days as  is  prevalent practice  in other societies.    7 Days have passed and there is no hope of its rectification in near future.

 

Residents are real trouble. Kindly expedite rectification of  both the lifts on war footing.

Dear all

What a grim situation. Not even a single lift is Woking in tower A. What kind of luxurious project you people made ?  No intercom is working. Gym equipment are lying in dust since last 6-7 months in basement. Club facilities are not at place, rather I should call it just a function hall. All the Basement are in pathetic condition specially basement 3. This project has been left in lurch. You all think this project is completed but let me remind you that this project looks very old and in shabby condition if you compare with other neighbourhood societies, nothing looks new here. Mr. Rajeev Ranjan told that all the small repairs on each floor and staircase in all 4 tower will be completed in 2 month but till today those repairs yet to be started. What kind of commitment is this, this is just a joke in the name of completing things. This project is now has become orphanage child. I request you to please complete the commitments you made or the dreams you had shown to its investor 6 years back.

This society actually has a look of a shabby old project and it  must be paining all of us. We must fight for our dues in a united way so that this increasing disappointment does not lead to regret.

Hi All,

Seems there was a typo earlier. The Glass Lift is not working from 31-May-2015. The Glass was broken on 31-May-2015 and lift is out of order since then.

It is 13-June today after 14 days we are still following up with Amrapali Management, what a sorry state. Feel Pity for the Senior Citizens who live in our society.

Not only seniors. Even if I'm young, I don't want to climb stairs. What did I pay for? Should I be even asking about paying? Lift in a multi story apartment is the thing which defines a multi story apartment. There is no definition of it without it.

This is really pathetic.

Lift is like a road for the flats on top floor.

What will happen if someone is unwell.

Either we have excellent service to maintain the lifts or we should increase the number of lifts from 2 to 3.

We really don't want to complain all the time but want a plan  for brining Eden park at par with other Amrapali projects and projects of Sec 50 which we definitley are not.

I am indeed thankful for your response.

 

Please appreciate that lifts are most essential component of high rise buildings.  Breakdown of any  mechanical equipments including lifts is a reality. Timely maintenance  and rectification of defect during  unforeseen breakdown is therefore utmost important to ensure  that lift are kept in operative condition. Keeping   one lift under breakdown condition  for 20 days for a Tower  which is almost fully occupied is certainly uncalled-far.

 

Lifts provided in Eden Park are not unique.  Can Amrapali afford to  keep their lifts under breakdown condition  for 20 days for their  Offices.  The answer in simply NO because Amrapali has concern for the same.  Expect the same level  of concern  by  Amrapali  Management for Eden Park also so that the most essential facilities like lifts should be available for residents uninterruptedly.

Dear Rajiv Ji (AGM Eden Park),

After fixing the glass of A Tower Lift which broke on 31-May-15 the glass lift was made operational on 25-June. It was in operation for a week's time and then again went out of order from 02-July-2015 onwards. Effective from 31-May till today in 2 months glass lift has been operational just for 1 week.

There is a notice put by your office on notice board of A Tower dated 04-July-2015 that because of mechanical failure the glass lift is again out of order. Today it is 25-July after 21 days glass lift is still not fixed with the mechanical issue.

Are we prepared for another breakdown of second lift too, after all the mail chains around this issue raised by residents with Amrapali Directors we would be back to square one if this situation arises again.

It would be great if you can get the glass lift fixed on an urgent basis to avoid a situation when mechanical failure of both the lifts happens in turn causes the residents work life line failure.

Appreciate if you could provide us a response to this communication on where do we stand on this.
