Dear All,
Please find attached the mandatory / procedural notice issued by NOIDA Officials regarding registration of AEP Flats. During my interactions with the builder, I have been informed that as soon as registration happens they will form the RWA. So we can hope that in a matter of couple of months we will have our own RWA which will have elected representatives. The RWA will adopt due democratic and legal process of working. Wishing all the best!
Thanks and Regards,
Sandeep Jha

Thanks for your email. I agree with you that it is a tricky situation for us. Once the flats are registered we are in a stronger position because at least legally we own the flats and we can occupy the same. However, once the flats are registered without objection regarding completion then it may become more difficult to pressurise the builder and it will be easier for them to wash their hands off this project without completing the same.
We need to deliberate on this and take a call together. We are trying to fix a General Body meeting on the 2nd Oct to finalise our united stand on this issue.
Thanks and Regards,
Sandeep Jha
