Friday Special Ride Report

All,

We had 6 riders and one tortoise on today's ride (tortoise had a helmet but did not have a bike with working brakes).  Weather was near perfect for riding.  After the safety brief, we rode south to the Pavilion!  Yep...the repaving is completed in both directions and we can now ride south to the ferry...hallelujah!

Small crowd at V's.  Joe and Pattie were there.  Earlier today they were on trikes at Ft. Clinch.  Jow rode an adaptive trike provided by Advance Physical Therapy and went from the visitor center all the way to the beach loop and back.  He said it felt good but odd.
