Altair 680 basic load question

I'm having some small difficulty loading basic files on the 680. My SD card is working,

as I can see the basic files when I press deposit, but I can't successfully load one.

If I press deposit with address switches setting a bit pattern (01, 02, etc) I CAN successfully load and run the numbered FileN.txt file off the SD card, so again I know the SD card is working.

But with all address switches down (so that deposit shows the 10 .BAS files), if I type

CLOAD "BENCHMK.BAS"

I get the error:

[CAS[ LOAD open FAILED for /BAS/BENCHMK.BAS   open READ failed.

[CAS] Toggle RESET, then type: J 0000

I've tried several times. If I try single quotes or no quotes, I get ?SN ERROR

So what am I missing?

Hey there, check the directions.  Just the file ame, not .bas, and it must be upper case.
