Yes a lot of people read it but not so many can actually help with this unfortunately. We all depend on the Guru and he's just 1 guy who put time to help others with a dying piece of hardware and gave no guarantees.
It could be that he is unwell... let's hope it is not the case and he's just busy and give him some time.
I also hope you backup your NAS
