Harvard Construction: Ed LeFlore
Enterprise Research Campus
  • occupancy of lab building has been approved
  • sidewalks open around site
  • paving of Western Ave scheduled for spring 2026
  • greenway work will be remobilized in the spring
  • 84 Seattle St project leadership is moved out
  • this was a really big project and it went well
  • we worked together with the community and addressed some really tough questions
American Repertory Theater
  • tarping in quickly to protect from winter weather
  • there will be wood paneling on the outside of the ART
  • lots of deliveries for interior work
Neighbor question: what's next? There are headwinds against development for Harvard right now, so enjoy what we have once the construction stops; fewer construction vehicles, more people just going to work in the new buildings
We don't know when Phase 2 of the ERC will begin, but the fact that the lab buildings have been occupied larger than expected is good news; people want to be here.

Barbara Parmenter will come to the next meeting to talk about zoning.

Hi Priscilla,

I meant to write you anyway about getting together. Then I read that I was coming to the March 3rd meeting to talk about zoning. Am happy to do that, I'm just  worried about my memory, did I say I'd do that?

Let me know what you are thinking, and apologies if I'm totally blanking on already discussing this. But I'm always happy to talk about zoning, ha!

I'll save the date for now.

And I'd love to have coffee sometime, maybe we can talk about it over coffee? I might be going to Jenn Roberts office hours on Friday at 10am, which I believe will be at Park Bagelry. I'd be happy to meet you anytime before that. Or we can find another time in the next couple of weeks.

Barbara
