Hello Homeowners,
One of our Allston neighbors, on Mansfield Street, was living in a City Realty owned property that was listed for sale, when it burned due to an electrical fire, and killed her
dog. She had just relocated from Texas, and has now lost all of her belongings as well.

By posting this, I am hoping the generosity of this homeowners union will shine. If you have a vacant apartment, this was a 2 bed, 1 bath, I believe Jen needs an apartment.
I also hope this will shed some light upon City Realty’s antics. This 2 family was built on 2,912 SF of land, previously deeded unusable land, and it is still listed for $1.65M
